Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in construction technology, building construction, civil engineering, business or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, contractors, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Learn to take-off project quantities and assemble project scopes for bidding.
- Assist Project Manager on maintaining schedules, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and documentation of issues.
- Attend subcontractor and OAC meetings and communicate quality concerns.
