Qualifications

• Majors include Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology or related disciplines.
• Strong academic performance.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, indefinite basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability for multiple work terms preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program throughout the experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule materials, labor, and equipment for construction.
• Track and analyze costs and compare to control budgets.
• Ensure documentation control and maintain audit trails for major decisions and risk mitigation.
• Assist with bid preparation, awards, and contract administration.
• Monitor contractor productivity, progress, and performance.
• Prepare schedule updates and critical path analyses.
