Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) offers internship and co-op opportunities to high-performing students in construction management, accounting, or finance. Interns work with L&SE project teams on all five project phases, developing schedules, forecasting costs, and tracking performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or Finance.
• Concurrent enrollment for the duration of the internship/co-op.
• Strong academic performance and on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project schedules with milestone tracking.
• Performing cost control activities: forecasting, accruals, cost allocation.
• Monitoring project metrics across a portfolio of projects.
• Preparing regular project status updates for management.
