Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably graduating within 12 months.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Rotate through Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking.
