ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a College Superintendent Intern/Coop in Austin, TX. You will assist Superintendents, visit jobsites, and learn scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project lifecycle management.

Travel to various sites is required to gain hands-on experience across commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects. Minimum GPA 3.0, enrolled in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or higher.
• Currently enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree program.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to gain hands-on experience with field personnel across diverse projects.
• Learn scheduling, coordination with subcontractors, and how to keep a project on track.
