Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a College Superintendent Intern/Co-op in Nashville to gain hands-on experience on our design-build projects across commercial, industrial, and multi-family sectors. You will visit job sites, observe field operations, and learn to create schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and keep projects moving from start to finish.

This internship offers housing while traveling, per diem, and comprehensive benefits after three months.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Open to Travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites and gain hands-on experience from field personnel.
• Learn scheduling, communication with subcontractors, and keeping projects on track under supervision.
• Contribute to the project life cycle through critical tasks.
