Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with 18 undergraduate hours in Construction Management topics.
• Master’s degree in Construction Management with 18 graduate credit hours in Construction Management topics (preferred).
• Industry-recognized certification in Construction Management (e.g., CCM, OSHA) preferred.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience in Construction Management.
• Teaching or industry-training experience in Construction Management topics.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with construction-related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and teach construction management courses designed for career technical programs.
• Advise and recruit students and collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevancy.
• Support college administrative requirements and maintain competency in the instructional field.
