Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with 18 undergraduate hours in CM topics from an accredited college/university.
• 3 years relevant industry experience in CM and teaching or industry training experience in CM topics.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with construction related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach construction management courses designed for career technical programs (methods, materials, estimating, scheduling, contracts, management).
• Advise and recruit students and collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevancy.
• Support student success by creating an optimum learning environment and maintaining instructional quality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to program assessment activities.
