Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or certification in Construction Management or CAD field.
• Knowledge of latest trends in the Construction industry.
• Ability to interpret, evaluate and teach both theory and hands-on concepts.
• Related professional experience or appropriate professional licensure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student mastery of core learning outcomes using relevant tools and practices.
• Engage students in critical thinking and development of communication skills.
• Infuse multicultural perspectives and respect for cultural differences in instruction.
• Model inquiry, diverse viewpoints, and creative problem solving.
• Maintain currency in the discipline and pedagogy.
• Submit syllabi and instructional materials in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular communication with students and use alert processes when appropriate.
• Assess student work timely and submit grades by deadlines.
• Online instructors respond to student inquiries within 24–36 hours.
• Communicate with the College using the official FCC email.
