Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in construction management or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 4 years of full-time equivalent work experience in the construction field.
• OR 6+ years of full-time equivalent work experience in the construction field with credentials.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned construction management courses.
• Develop course curriculum.
• Maintain updated course materials and resources.
• Provide meaningful and timely student feedback.
• Submit all required course documentation.
• Remain accessible to students and colleagues.
• Maintain current licensure and credentials.
• Stay current with industry developments and instructional best practices.
• Participate in program improvement through assessment of learning outcomes.
• Assist in developing budget recommendations for staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and institutional commitment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assignments may be on-campus at multiple locations or online.
