Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or higher with two years of related professional experience; OR an Associate Degree with six years of related professional experience; OR the equivalent.
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable instruction and understanding of diverse student backgrounds.
• Ability to teach in-person, online, and hybrid formats as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in alignment with approved outlines and student learning outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver student-centered instruction using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and maintain course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance timely and equitably and maintain records.
• Submit grades and reports by deadlines.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and communicate with students regularly.
• Utilize LMS and instructional technologies as appropriate.
• Comply with district policies and participate in department activities.
