Arrowpointe Management is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Servicing Department in managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communications, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions.

This role offers exposure to loan operations and servicing functions within a collaborative environment, with opportunities to learn about residential real estate lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accurate work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline with accuracy.
• Act as liaison for borrowers via email and phone.
• Coordinate with vendors to order inspections and update status.
• Process and submit draw requests promptly.
• Maintain reports and updates for completed draws and activities.
• Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval.
• Verify wire instructions and execute outgoing wires.
• Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.

Arrowpointe Management is an operational servicer in the business purpose lending space. We provide processing, underwriting, and servicing support for direct lending and loan aggregation platforms that finance residential real estate investors. The loans we support include fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, bridge, and DSCR loans on single-family and multifamily properties. Our team is small, fast-moving, and close to every loan we support.

About The Role:

Arrowpointe is searching for a detail-oriented & organized professional to support our team in our Servicing Department. This role involves managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communication, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions across the organization. This is a great opportunity for any candidate looking to further their knowledge of real estate lending while gaining exposure to loan operations & servicing functions in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing theconstructiondrawpipeline, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
• Act as a liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections, handling communication via email and phone.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and provide updates on scheduling, draw status, and wire releases.
• Process and submit draw requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain reporting and status updates for completeddrawsand related activities.
• Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval (training will be provided; not an immediate requirement).
• Accurately verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires.
• Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.

• 1-3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or a related field.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in Single Family and/or multi-family real estate lending preferred.
