Job summary

Arrowpointe Management is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Servicing Department in managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communications, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions.

This role offers exposure to loan operations and servicing functions within a collaborative environment, with opportunities to learn about residential real estate lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accurate work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline with accuracy.
• Act as liaison for borrowers via email and phone.
• Coordinate with vendors to order inspections and update status.
• Process and submit draw requests promptly.
• Maintain reports and updates for completed draws and activities.
• Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval.
• Verify wire instructions and execute outgoing wires.
• Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.
