Job summary

Arrowpointe Management, a real estate lending servicer, seeks a detail-oriented professional to support our Servicing Department. You will help manage the construction draw pipeline, coordinate inspections, communicate with borrowers by email and phone, process wires, and support reporting across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a finance/real estate background, 1–3 years in construction lending or loan servicing, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or related field.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Single Family and/or multi-family real estate lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
• Act as a liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections, handling communication via email and phone.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and provide updates on scheduling, draw status, and wire releases.
• Process and submit draw requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities.
• Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval (training provided).
• Accurately verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires.
