Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Logistics Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee movement of materials, equipment, and resources for construction projects. You will ensure timely delivery, safety compliance, and effective coordination between vendors, subcontractors, and on-site teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing delivery schedules, coordinating transportation, maintaining shipment records, and supporting cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-4 years in construction logistics or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and material handling.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and multitask under deadlines.
• Understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate transportation and storage of construction materials.
• Work with site supervisors to align deliveries with timelines.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and receipts.
• Monitor logistics expenses and assist in cost optimization.
• Act as main contact for logistics between project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
