Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec general contractor, is seeking a Project Logistics Coordinator to plan and oversee materials movement for construction projects. You will coordinate between vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to keep deliveries on schedule and on budget.

Experience in construction logistics, Procore/MS Project, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field are preferred. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and clear communication across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction logistics or project coordination.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate transportation and storage of construction materials.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery; negotiate shipping terms.
• Work with site supervisors to align deliveries with project timelines and on-site storage.
• Maintain records of shipments, permits, and delivery receipts; ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor logistics expenses and assist in cost optimization and reporting.
