Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Logistics Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee movement of materials and equipment for construction projects. You will coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a 2–4 year track record in construction logistics, a degree in a related field, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project. Expect a hands-on, fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in construction logistics or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and material handling.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Time management and multitasking.
• Problem-solving under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate transportation and storage of construction materials.
• Anticipate potential delays and implement contingency plans.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Negotiate shipping terms and manage freight logistics.
• Work closely with site supervisors to align deliveries with project timelines.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, permits, and delivery receipts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Monitor logistics-related expenses and assist in cost optimization.
• Prepare reports on material usage and delivery performance.
• Act as the point of contact for logistics-related issues between project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates on delivery status and resolve any logistical challenges.
