Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of professional experience; graduate degree may substitute for one year
• Proven ability to prioritize and switch gears in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with multiple agencies at all levels
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to share information with team members
• General understanding of civil construction

Responsibilities

• Receive and process new revised and updated forms for signatures
• Distribute completed forms to internal and external contacts
• Maintain and update agendas with new/revised information such as dates and permits
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals
• Maintain/update information for new/revised activities
• Prepare and update agendas for weekly workshops
• Assist in managing CALM processes and airport-wide program administration
• Update dashboards and handle reporting responsibilities
• Coordinate training and contractor onboarding
• Liaise with City agencies and assist in the permit process
• Request concurrence from LAWA SMEs and notify contractors of concurrence and restrictions
• Document concurrence requests and notify about upcoming projects
• Presentations, data collection, and tracking daily deployment of multiple construction projects

Education

Bachelor's degree in related technical field

Master's degree preferred

Relevant professional licensure/certifications preferred (AAA E L E E D, PE, PMP, AICP)
