Job summary

Lava Island is seeking a Construction Coordinator to organize contracts, orders, and documentation for new parks from headquarters. You will ensure on-time openings by keeping paperwork moving and maintaining tight control of vendor and subcontractor activity.

You will also coordinate travel, housing, and per diems for field staff, while tracking progress in Procore and related tools to keep the build schedule on track.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project coordination, construction administration, or comparable roles with heavy documentation.
• Track record of running multiple concurrent projects without losing items.
• Procore experience strongly preferred; willingness to become a power user.
• Experience coordinating travel and accommodations for field staff is a plus.
• Background check must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Run construction administration: manage contracts, payments, RFIs, and project docs.
• Be the single source of truth for park status: contracted, ordered, received, outstanding.
• Coordinate travel and housing for staff on active builds.
• Handle procurement: place orders, coordinate with Denver warehouse, manage returns.
