Anchor Loans in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a Loan Monitoring Manager to lead a team of Loan Monitoring Associates and ensure accurate collections, delinquency management, insurance monitoring, and portfolio surveillance.

You will drive process improvements, own monthly risk reporting for investors and management, and partner with Asset Management and other departments to reduce risk while expanding our lending footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years mortgage servicing or asset management experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience with delinquency management, insurance tracking, or portfolio reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Loan Monitoring Associates with coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily payment collections, delinquency management, and notices for compliance.
• Ensure data integrity in servicing systems and timely notes and reporting.
• Produce monthly loan and portfolio risk reports for investors and leadership.
