Qualifications

• Ability to translate loan terms into system entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing of complex construction loans, ensuring accurate closing and funding.
• Order appraisals for home builder finance loans and verify values against costs.
• Ensure flood certificates are ordered/reviewed and coordinate flood insurance when required.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, credit, and title company to close loans on time.
• Review loan documents to ensure compliance with approved requirements.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate system entries for construction loans.
