Responsibilities

• Review budgets confirming sources of funds and loan commitment are sufficient.
• Identify project progress and issues with Construction Loan Project Manager and LD partners.
• Recommend approval for disbursements and verify loan documentation.
• Coordinate with title, lien waivers, and ensure proper lien releases are collected.
