Qualifications

• Licensed Texas attorney in good standing.
• 5+ years in construction/real estate litigation.
• Ability to appear in-person for hearings.

Responsibilities

• Own a litigation caseload from intake to resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout matters.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as required.
• Attend weekly virtual team meetings with firm leadership.
• Optionally develop and grow your own book of business.
