A nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its Harrisburg, PA office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a collegial and collaborative team with a strong reputation in construction and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload involving complex construction litigation matters.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and other oral arguments.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Pennsylvania.
• 3–8 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction disputes.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Position Highlights:

• Low billable hour requirement of 1,700 hours annually.
• Salary range: $120,000 – $135,000, plus hours-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.
