About the Firm

A well-established plaintiff-focused personal injury law firm in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team. Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters independently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Assist with trial preparation and attend court proceedings as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with case management software and e-filing systems.
