I’m working with a well-established, growing law firm seeking a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of complex matters and work directly with sophisticated clients.

What You’ll Do

• Independently manage complex construction litigation and arbitration matters.
• Represent general contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Handle sophisticated multiparty and contractual disputes.
• Manage matters from initial case strategy through resolution.
• Work directly with clients and develop strong client relationships.
• Handle discovery, motions, negotiations, and other substantive litigation responsibilities.
• Take increasing ownership of matters while working alongside experienced partners.
• Gain exposure to construction disputes involving both private and government-related projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.
• Meaningful construction litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience handling complex, multiparty disputes.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $230,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
