Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership.
• One to five years of litigation experience, with construction litigation preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of construction litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Work directly with clients, experts, contractors, design professionals, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy.
• Manage cases efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
