An AmLaw 200 law firm in Orlando/Tampa is seeking a motivated mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice in a hybrid setting. The role offers exposure to high-stakes disputes and client-facing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of construction litigation experience, strong drafting and discovery skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior partners in a collaborative, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience with focus on personal injury matters.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience handling discovery and depositions.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigation.
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
