Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and Colorado Bar admission (or ability to waive in).
- 3–10 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on construction, general liability, or insurance defense.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Defend builders, developers, contractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and contracts with strong attention to detail.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in a team-oriented environment.
