Base pay range

We are working with a prestigious global law firm that is seeking to add a mid-level associate to its construction litigation / disputes practice in New York. This is a rare chance to join a market-leading team that acts on some of the most complex and high-value matters worldwide, spanning infrastructure, energy, and large-scale development projects.

The successful candidate will step into a team with a strong international platform, advising blue-chip clients on disputes arising out of transport, energy transition, renewables, social infrastructure, real estate, and mega-projects. The practice advises developers, contractors, investors, funds, lenders, and public entities across all stages of the construction lifecycle.

  • Compensation: The firm pays Cravath scale base salary and bonuses
  • Prestige: Be part of a globally recognized litigation and disputes practice with a reputation for excellence in construction, infrastructure, and energy disputes
  • Breadth of Work: Exposure to domestic litigation and international arbitration, involving delay and disruption claims, defects, change orders, professional negligence, and contract termination disputes
