Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar group, seeks a driven sales professional to expand key accounts in Puget Sound. You will manage pricing, vendor contracts, and quotations while growing market share across assigned and new customers.

The role requires fieldwork, frequent customer visits, and strong customer-focus with a self-motivated, go-getter attitude. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years construction sales experience required.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience in lighting or gear quotations preferred.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions in 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in the Puget Sound Market.
• Manage and grow market share of existing, assigned, and new accounts.
• Manage customer pricing and vendor contracts.
• Generate quotations and provide tracking and market intelligence for project-related business.
• Promote NCE market-specific initiatives with vendors and customers.
• Leverage NCE resources and specialists (solar, energy, etc.).
• Create and implement NCE-specific business plans with key vendors/customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
