Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Construction Risk Documentation Specialist to gather project information, send preliminary notices of lien rights, and track payment progress.

You will review data, markup documents, and prepare lien waivers for customers as needed while onboarding new accounts and reviewing credit information. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Word and Excel, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Word and Excel.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process Project Information Sheets
• Review project tracking reports
• Collect and process Lien Waivers
• Process Credit application requests
• Prepare Export documentationProcess Credit reference requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
