Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preference to Risk Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, manage and resolve complex liability claims.
• Document investigative activities, claim progression, and reserves.
• Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel and third-party administrators.
