Sundt Construction is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs across projects and offices in North Carolina. The role includes developing instructional materials, online courses, and supporting instructors.

Expect travel to Sundt projects with 50%+ travel and collaboration with managers to align programs with company goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction education/training, a relevant college degree, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined education and training experience in the construction industry.
• College degree in construction, business, or education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; program/project management skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be available to travel to all Sundt projects and offices as needed. Travel 50%+.
• Conduct and support research and development activities for talent development initiatives.
• Design & develop and/or select instructional materials and resources, including PowerPoint and online training content.
• Ensure training records meet reporting requirements.
• Provide consulting to employees, managers, and departments on training issues.
• Teaches selected classes through live or remote delivery.
