Sully-Miller Contracting Co., a Colas USA subsidiary with over a century in Southern California, seeks a Talent & Development Manager to define, develop, implement, and evaluate learning strategies that support business objectives and employee development.

In partnership with HR, operations, and department managers, you will identify skill gaps, develop plans, facilitate programs, coach leaders, and promote a culture of continuous learning across project sites and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing training programs in construction or related industries.
• Experience supporting learning & development in construction/heavy civil sectors.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with operational goals.
• Lead design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs (technical, leadership, sales, train-the-trainer).
• Manage needs analysis, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting for training programs.
• Coordinate internship classes, site visits, and end-of-program activities.
• Partner with HR and management on succession planning and development plans.
