Job summary

The role requires coordinating with site leadership, interpreting blueprints, and preplanning tasks while maintaining strict documentation and reporting. You will supervise up to six or more craft workers, hire and train staff, monitor quality, manage equipment, and travel to jobsites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of craft workers
• Preplan tasks and ensure productivity to meet schedule
• Monitor quality and safety on site
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment
• Complete daily and ESR reports
• Travel to multiple job sites as needed
