Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction management experience (Up to 5 years)
• Bachelor’s degree – Architecture, Engineering, Business, Management preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Prior QSR experience and/or project management experience is required

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Real Estate Manager to analyze market potential and restaurant performance.
• Assist portfolio development and ensure accurate databases.
• Coordinate with Real Estate COE and Field Development Team to prioritize opportunities.
• Manage construction processes, contracts, and approvals across projects.
• Ensure site development standards, layout, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain positive relationships with operators and external consultants.
