Spotlock is seeking a highly skilled Survey Technician to support the collection, processing, and analysis of topographic and construction survey data. You will collaborate with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure precise, reliable surveying services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D with good knowledge of survey points and point groups.
• Ability to read civil/structural/architectural plans and interpret specifications.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-processing and detailed analysis of survey data using industry-standard software.
• Prepare stakeout sketches, point files, and DXF files for construction layouts.
• Produce accurate As-Built drawings meeting project specifications.
• Conduct earthwork calculations and develop field sketches to support activities.
• Collaborate with Survey Project Managers, engineers, and field personnel to meet objectives.
