Qualifications

• Five or more years of survey experience in construction.
• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings.
• Proficiency with surveying equipment (total stations, GPS) and data collection.
• Strong attention to accuracy and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain permanent control on projects.
• Validate dimensions against plans and identify discrepancies.
• Deliver layout information to the project team for accurate construction.
• Perform as-built surveys and maintain surveying logs.
• Assist QA/QC on site and ensure safety procedures are followed.
