Haskell is seeking a Construction Layout Specialist to oversee construction surveying layout execution and as-built reality capture in a fast-paced setting. This role includes self-perform tasks such as concrete or process piping as well as QA/QC of sub-contractor work.

Key duties include establishing control points, field layout, plan reading, and daily communication with VDC resources. A minimum of 2+ years in construction is required, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of construction related experience or training.

Responsabilités

• Oversee establishment and implementation of control points and bench marks.
• Perform field layout and as-built tasks with standard methods.
• Interpret contract documents and design/construction models as needed.
• Coordinate with VDC resources and communicate project needs daily.
• Follow best practices for construction surveying and reality capture.
• Travel to project sites to support field and data collection activities.
