Job summary

Stealth Law Firm is seeking a Construction Law Partner to lead and grow a sophisticated construction and real estate-focused practice in either Austin, TX or Boston, MA. This is a strategic opportunity for an attorney with an established portable book of business to expand the firm’s platform.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction law experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and active bar admission in TX or MA (or the ability to waive in).

Qualifications

  • Active bar admission in Texas or Massachusetts (or ability to waive in).
  • 10+ years of experience in construction law and/or related litigation.
  • Portable book of business required (target range can be discussed confidentially).
  • Strong client relationships and business development track record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a construction law practice with an existing portable book of business.
  • Handle complex construction disputes, including defect claims, delay and disruption claims, and contract-related litigation.
  • Advise clients on contract drafting, negotiation, and project risk mitigation.
  • Represent stakeholders across all phases of construction projects, including pre-development, execution, and post-completion disputes.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $270,000 – $350,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
