BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced litigation attorney for its Boston, MA office, focusing on construction and design professionals. The role handles matters for contractors, owners, developers, architects, engineers, and insurers in complex litigation.

You will manage an active case load, interface with clients and insurers, depose witnesses, work with experts, and engage in discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in construction and/or design professional litigation.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in MA; admission in other New England states preferred.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Superior research and writing skills.
