You will advise clients on risk management, compliance, and dispute avoidance, and represent them in negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and related agreements.
• Knowledge of construction law, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review construction contracts and related agreements.
• Research statutes, regulations, and case law; prepare memoranda and filings.
• Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and dispute avoidance; represent in negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Participate in client meetings, manage case files and deadlines, coordinate with co-counsel and outside experts.
• Support business development through client outreach and industry events.
