Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution with supervision.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice; assist with hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations on case issues and next steps.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
