Job Summary

Fred Smith Company is currently seeking to fill a Construction Laborer position for our Wilson location. We are a self‑perform heavy civil contractor working in North Carolina. Pay will be commensurate with experience; all employees are eligible after 30 days for benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off. This is an entry‑level position and prior construction experience is not required.
