Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Load, unload, or identify materials and tools; distribute to locations.
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders).
• Assist with setup and operation of light equipment (skid steers, small excavators).
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation per specs.
• Assist skilled trades with precision tasks.
• Perform basic concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing).
• Read and interpret grade stakes, markings, or plans for layout.
• Maintain tools and equipment; report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow safety requirements as directed by foreman or supervisor.
