Phillips, Inc. seeks a reliable construction laborer with a valid Class A CDL to perform varied on-site tasks. You will haul small equipment, use hand and power tools, read basic plans, and support skilled trades from carpenters to pipelayers while following safety rules.
The role requires two years forestry work experience and an HS diploma, with on-the-job training provided. Expect physical activity and teamwork across project sites.
Must have a valid Class A CDL Driver's License. Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types. Haul small equipment such as skid steer loader to and from job sites and work as a laborer within a crew. Perform skilled labor tasks including operating light equipment, reading basic plans or grade stakes, and assisting skilled trades (e.g., carpenters, operators, pipelayers) as needed. Must be able to follow specific directions; perform a variety of duties which may often change; work within standards of accuracy; repeat tasks according to set procedures and safety requirements.
