Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Load, unload, or identify materials and tools.
• Operate drills, saws, compactors and grinders.
• Assist with setup and operation of light equipment like skid steers.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials per specifications.
• Assist skilled trades with precision tasks.
• Perform basic concrete work including forming and finishing.
• Read grade stakes and plans for layout.
• Maintain and report tool malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow safety directions from foreman or supervisor.
