Responsibilities

• Load, unload, or identify materials, machinery, or tools.
• Operate hand and power tools including drills, saws, compactors, and grinders.
• Assist with setup and operation of light equipment like skid steers or small excavators.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation per specifications.
• Assist skilled trades with tasks requiring precision or specialized technique.
• Perform basic concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Read and interpret grade stakes, markings, or plans for layout support.
• Maintain tools and equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow safety considerations as directed by foreman or supervisor.
