Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a commercial/industrial construction laborer.
• Experience operating required hand and power tools.

• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong reading/writing/verbal communication in English; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, or identify materials, machinery or tools and distribute or return them to appropriate locations; install/remove signage and hardware.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, or grade earth to spec using tools.
• Operate hand or power tools such as air hammers, cement mixers, or surveying equipment.
• If certified, operate heavy equipment (backhoe, bobcat).
• Assist in erecting/dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
